形態特徵

  • A small tree, stems, petioles and pedicels stellate-hairy and puberulent.
  • Leaves chartaceous, orbicular in outline, the apex acute or acuminate, the base cordate, usually 5-lobed, the lobes acute at apex, crenate, 7–9-nerved at base, stellate-hairy and puberulent beneath, stellate above; petioles much longer than the blades, terete.
  • Flowers axillary, solitary, the pedicels 6–8 cm long, jointed near the apex; epicalyx-segments 8–9, lanceolate, 1–1.5 cm long, 3 mm broad, stellate-hairy and puberulent; calyx campanulate, 2.5 cm long, 5-lobed, the lobes triangular, 1.3 cm long, densely stellate-hairy and puberulent; corolla 4 cm long, vilrose, the petals suborbicular, about 4 cm acorss.

  • 台灣 : Taiwan, in thickets at low altitudes throughout the island.
  • 世界 : S. China.
